2. What data do we collect and for what purpose?
Through the website's contact form we collect the following personal data: first name, surname, telephone, email address and the message that the user chooses to provide.
The purpose of the processing is to handle and manage the request, enquiry or information query made by the user and, where appropriate, to contact them in order to respond.
Please do not include especially sensitive health-related data in the form message. If you choose to provide it voluntarily, it will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and solely to attend to your request.
3. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing your data is the data subject's consent, given by completing and submitting the contact form (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR). The user may withdraw their consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
4. Confidentiality and health data
Given the nature of our activity, related to the treatment of addictions and codependency, we are particularly careful with the protection of information. Health data is considered a special category of data (Article 9 of the GDPR) and is subject to reinforced protection, with professional secrecy and the confidentiality of all information communicated to us guaranteed at all times.
5. Retention period
Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to attend to the user's request and, thereafter, for the periods legally required to address any liabilities arising from the processing. Once those purposes and periods have been fulfilled, the data will be deleted.
6. Recipients of the data
Data will not be transferred to third parties, except where required by law. Data may be processed by service providers (for example, web hosting) acting as processors, with whom the corresponding confidentiality and data processing agreements have been signed.
7. Rights of data subjects
The user may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access: to know what personal data of theirs we are processing.
- Rectification: to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: to request the deletion of their data when it is no longer necessary.
- Objection: to object to the processing of their data.
- Restriction: to request the restriction of processing in certain cases.

The controller has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of personal data, preventing its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
