Sonia Parejo García

Sonia Parejo García is a therapist specialising in the treatment of addiction and codependency. She began her journey of personal development in 2008, doing deep self-knowledge work and making the important life changes needed to reach her goals.

Over the last few years she has gained the theoretical and practical knowledge required to work in the treatment of patients with chemical and emotional dependency syndrome and their families, both in outpatient care and in institutions. She is qualified to lead group and individual therapy, meditation techniques, mental training and external talks.
